Montblanc in Singapore seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-touch client service and cultivate long-term relationships with local and visiting clientele.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories to advise clients and close transactions.
- Maintain luxury presentation standards including visual merchandising, stock replenishment and boutique housekeeping.
- Operate POS and boutique systems accurately; process transactions, exchanges and returns in line with brand policy.
- Support CRM activities by recording client interactions, following up on leads and participating in client events and launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer-facing sales (boutique or department store environment preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with polished grooming and presentation.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a consultative sales process.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in luxury retail or a high-end boutique environment, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in retail, hospitality, sales or luxury brand management are advantageous.
