Montblanc in Scottsdale seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service in the boutique and support sales for writing instruments, leather and watches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service consistent with Montblanc’s luxury positioning and brand standards.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives through proactive client outreach, clienteling and upselling.
  • Maintain authoritative product knowledge across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, leather goods, timepieces) and communicate features and provenance to clients.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the boutique POS system and handle cash, card and store-level reconciliation.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure boutique presentation, inventory displays and windows reflect brand guidelines.
  • Assist with stock management, receiving, replenishment and basic inventory control procedures.
  • Participate in boutique events, client appointments and promotional activities and collaborate with store colleagues to optimise client coverage.
  • Adhere to loss prevention, compliance and after-sales service procedures; escalate client issues to store management when required.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or client-facing experience, preferably within luxury, premium accessories or watches.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; ability to work part-time hours as scheduled.
  • Right to work in the United States and ability to commute to the Scottsdale boutique.

Experience
