Montblanc seeks a Sales Associate in Riyadh to deliver exceptional boutique service and drive sales across writing instruments, leather goods and watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary, personalised service to clients in the boutique, proactively building lasting relationships and client files.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, leather goods, watches, accessories).
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge and advise clients on craftsmanship, provenance and technical features.
- Execute clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointments, after‑sales care and maintaining the CRM or boutique client records.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control, pricing and loss-prevention procedures.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and support returns/exchanges in line with brand policy.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and management to support store operations, promotional events and product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or premium goods sales, with demonstrable achievement of sales targets.
- Outstanding client-facing skills with a professional, service-oriented demeanour appropriate for a luxury brand.
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail to maintain Montblanc visual and service standards.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and local public holidays as required.
- Valid right to work in Saudi Arabia.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury goods sector or premium-brand boutiques, with evidence of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; further study in retail, sales or hospitality is an advantage.
