Montblanc is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Berlin — boutique retail role focused on client service and sales for luxury writing instruments and accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and clienteling.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual and merchandising standards to reflect brand heritage and product positioning.
- Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; handle cash, cards and reconciliations.
- Maintain in-store stock, perform inventory checks and ensure correct product placement and replenishment.
- Record client data and follow up through CRM tools; participate in client outreach and appointment programmes.
- Participate in product trainings, team briefings and brand events such as trunk shows and launches.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales with a strong client-service orientation.
- Polished interpersonal presentation and persuasive communication skills appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings; reliable and punctual.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
- Legal authorization to work in Germany.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ year of experience in luxury or premium-brand retail, boutique sales, or a client-facing role with demonstrable sales performance.
Education
Secondary education (Realschule/Abitur) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or sales is an advantage.
