Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that builds long-term relationships and loyalty
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and upselling
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across writing instruments, watches, leather goods and accessories to advise customers accurately
  • Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards, ensure presentation and brand conformity across displays
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions and maintain accurate cash reconciliation
  • Manage stockroom duties including receiving, inventory control and replenishment
  • Record and nurture client data within the CRM; follow up on inquiries, appointments and after-sales service
  • Support in-store events, private appointments and gift services (wrapping, personalization) as required

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within luxury goods or premium lifestyle brands
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work within KPI-driven environments
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays; reliable punctuality
  • Right to work in Austria and ability to comply with local employment requirements

Experience
