Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that builds long-term relationships and loyalty
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and upselling
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across writing instruments, watches, leather goods and accessories to advise customers accurately
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards, ensure presentation and brand conformity across displays
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions and maintain accurate cash reconciliation
- Manage stockroom duties including receiving, inventory control and replenishment
- Record and nurture client data within the CRM; follow up on inquiries, appointments and after-sales service
- Support in-store events, private appointments and gift services (wrapping, personalization) as required
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within luxury goods or premium lifestyle brands
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work within KPI-driven environments
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays; reliable punctuality
- Right to work in Austria and ability to comply with local employment requirements
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in retail, ideally within the luxury sector; previous exposure to watches, writing instruments or leather goods is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high-school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
