Montblanc seeks a Sales Associate in Gwangju (Lotte) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales in Montblanc's boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, anticipatory service to high‑value and walk‑in clients to build long‑term relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and consultative advice.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories) and present merchandise with authority.
  • Execute clienteling activities, manage CRM records and follow up on leads and post‑sale service enquiries.
  • Uphold boutique visual and merchandising standards, including window presentation and on‑floor replenishment.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system; manage returns, repairs and after‑sales procedures according to brand policy.
  • Support inventory control, stock receipts and loss‑prevention procedures; participate in store events and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑facing experience in luxury or premium retail; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
  • In‑depth product awareness or a clear aptitude to learn Montblanc’s product categories quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills, with a disposition for discreet, service‑led engagement.
  • Fluent Korean; professional level English preferred to support international clientele.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays; ability to work a retail shift pattern.
