Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clientele, proactively building and maintaining relationships to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, suggestive selling and clienteling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across Montblanc categories and communicate product heritage and technical features convincingly.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and handle cash with accuracy and integrity.
- Support day-to-day store operations including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and store presentation.
- Participate in boutique events, VIP appointments and after-sales follow-up to enhance client experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey and uphold house standards.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury goods or premium retail environments.
- Polished interpersonal skills with strong client-facing presence and service orientation.
- Commercial mindset with ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays to match boutique opening hours.
- High level of personal presentation and understanding of luxury brand standards.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is required; experience within the luxury sector or premium accessories/leather goods is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or a related field is advantageous.
