Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, client‑focused service in accordance with Montblanc brand standards, creating personalised experiences that foster long‑term loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and effective upselling.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow‑up, and relationship management.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to corporate guidelines; ensure product floor replenishment and accurate stock display.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, manage transactions, returns and exchanges with precision and integrity.
  • Support inventory control, incoming stock processes and periodic stock counts; liaise with store management on shrinkage and stock reconciliation.
  • Participate in boutique events, launches and client appointments; contribute to local marketing and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for high‑touch retail service and relationship building; passion for luxury goods and craftsmanship.
  • Strong communication skills, professional presence and polished interpersonal manner appropriate for a luxury boutique environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and evenings; reliable, punctual and service‑oriented.
