Montblanc seeks a Sales Associate in Bicester to deliver exceptional client service in its luxury boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects Montblanc’s luxury positioning and builds long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active clienteling, prospecting and upselling.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge across writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories to advise clients accurately.
  • Execute boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock handling, pricing, presentation and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store POS, manage payments and returns, and ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures.
  • Support after‑sales service including repairs, warranty handling and follow-up communications to protect brand reputation.
  • Participate in in-store events, launches and client appointments; contribute to CRM records and sales reporting.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, security and compliance procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays to match boutique trading hours.
  • Right to work in the UK and reliable transportation to the Bicester boutique.
