Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-end client service that reflects Montblanc’s heritage and brand standards; build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling across writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge and present merchandise with expert storytelling to convey provenance, craftsmanship and technical features.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, manage transactions and perform accurate cash handling and daily reconciliations.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; ensure stock integrity through inventory control, replenishment and proper storage.
  • Support after-sales service, warranty processes and client enquiries to secure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to store operations, team briefings and brand-promotional events; adhere to company policies, loss-prevention and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience in retail; experience within the luxury sector is strongly preferred.
