Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist local and international clientele within the boutique
- Learn and execute Montblanc's proprietary sales protocols and ceremonial practices
- Provide operational support to sales team members
- Master and apply boutique procedures and standards
- Participate actively in inventory management, stock counts, and product replenishment
- Embody and communicate the unique heritage and values of the Montblanc maison
Qualifications
- Passion for the luxury sector and Montblanc's heritage
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, responsiveness, and genuine service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Fluent English language proficiency
