Montblanc is hiring a Sales Associate in Singapore to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and discretionary clients, anticipating needs and cultivating long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active selling, cross-selling across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, leather, watches, accessories) and proactive clienteling.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and present merchandise with refined storytelling that reflects Montblanc’s heritage and technical attributes.
  • Manage customer transactions, returns and after-sales requests accurately using the boutique’s POS and CRM systems.
  • Support stock control, receiving and merchandising activities to ensure boutique presentation meets brand visual standards.
  • Record and update client data in the CRM, follow up on leads and appointments, and coordinate bespoke service requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the boutique team to maintain operational standards, participate in training, and contribute to localized marketing or events.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales or boutique environments; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Fluent English and strong verbal communication skills; additional regional languages advantageous.
  • Impeccable grooming, professional demeanour and a client-first mindset appropriate to a luxury maison.
  • Strong numeracy and reliable cash-handling experience; trustworthy with confidential client information.
