Montblanc seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate in Scottsdale, AZ. Represent the brand, sell luxury writing instruments and leather goods, and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to discerning clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring client retention.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and closing techniques.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, leather, watches and accessories) and convey provenance and technical details to clients.
- Manage transactions accurately using the store point-of-sale system, process payments and issue receipts according to brand procedures.
- Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, stock presentation, housekeeping and compliance with loss-prevention policies.
- Record and update client information in the brand CRM, follow up on leads and schedule appointments for VIP clients.
- Support store operational tasks: inventory counts, stock replenishment, receiving deliveries and preparing merchandise for display.
- Participate in in-store events, launches and product demonstrations as required, representing the brand with professional demeanour and etiquette.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium goods environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- High standards of personal presentation and adherence to brand grooming guidelines.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of customer-facing retail experience; prior experience in luxury or premium-brand retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
