Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver refined, personalised service to clients and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Drive sales performance to achieve daily and monthly targets, converting footfall into revenue while maximising average transaction value.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories to advise clients on craftsmanship, materials and provenance.
- Execute boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, accurate POS transactions and daily cash reconciliation.
- Manage after‑sales service inquiries, warranty processes and repairs in coordination with boutique management and central service teams.
- Participate in store events, launches and client outreach initiatives to amplify brand presence and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury goods, watches or premium accessories sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑centric disposition and the ability to build rapport with high‑net‑worth customers.
