Montblanc in Paris seeks a Sales Advisor (CDD) for a fixed‑term boutique role delivering client service, sales and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories to advise clients accurately and confidently.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation, window displays and stock replenishment.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Participate in promotional events, trunk shows and private client appointments as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands; experience with fixed‑term retail assignments is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑centric attitude and polished professional presence.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and working to performance metrics.
- Reliable, flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer‑facing retail experience; preferably 1–3 years within luxury, premium or specialty retail environments with measurable sales results.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational qualifications in retail or luxury sales are advantageous.
