The Sales Advisor develops in-depth knowledge of Montblanc products and boutique services, delivers exceptional client service, grows sales through clienteling and supports promotional events, stock presentation and boutique standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Montblanc and its products, and use it when communicating with clients.
- Be fully conversant with boutique services, including product care, after-sales service, stock availability and sourcing items not currently in the boutique.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and adhere to the company’s culture, values and rules.
- Set an example and serve as a reference for colleagues through team spirit, behaviour, attitude, performance and commitment.
- Master the Maison’s sales techniques and procedures to perform the duties required for the efficient operation of the boutique.
- Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional service at all times.
- Handle complaints effectively and efficiently in line with company policy, involving managers when appropriate.
- Optimize sales by attracting new clients and developing the existing client database through clienteling.
- Proactively capture client data after each sale in accordance with brand policy.
- Assist with coordinating in-store promotional events.
- Maximize shop-floor stock levels and ensure all items are clearly labelled to company standards.
- Ensure products are displayed in accordance with Maison guidelines.
- Keep the boutique, displays, windows and safe area tidy, and comply with grooming standards and related internal rules and procedures.
