Montblanc hiring Retail Training Specialist in Seoul to manage training operations, content creation, and e-learning platform administration for boutique staff.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive logistics for all training programs, including scheduling, venue and material preparation, and attendee tracking across boutique network
- Develop and deliver classroom training sessions on product knowledge, selling skills, and client service standards to retail staff
- Create engaging training content and materials—presentation decks, newsletters, reference guides, and assessment tools—for product, sales techniques, and service delivery topics
- Administer and maintain e-learning platform functionality, including content uploads, course structuring, and user access management
- Monitor e-learning completion rates, generate progress reports, and identify training gaps
- Troubleshoot e-learning platform technical issues and provide user support to boutique teams
- Prepare training materials and handouts in advance of each session
- Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules to all stakeholders and boutique teams
- Manage post-training documentation, attendance records, and performance reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in training coordination, Learning & Development operations, or LMS/e-learning administration
- Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven facilitation and classroom training delivery experience, with confidence presenting to retail staff
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and LMS administration
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and instructional material design
- Fluent English proficiency
- Knowledge of luxury leather goods or timepiece products and retail training context preferred

2-4 years of work experience in training coordination, Learning & Development operations, or LMS/e-learning administration.
