Montblanc Retail Training Assistant Manager in Seoul – drive KPI performance through training and field coaching across luxury boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs focused on selling skills, clienteling, and KPI-driven sales behaviors, translating brand and product knowledge into actionable techniques for boutique staff
- Track training impact against retail KPIs (conversion, UPT, ABV, AUP) and adjust content accordingly
- Conduct regular boutique visits to coach staff on Retail Signature standards and selling ceremony execution
- Identify performance gaps through retail KPIs, Mystery Shopping results, and field observations, delivering targeted coaching interventions
- Develop and follow up on boutique-level coaching action plans to ensure sustained improvement
- Partner with Boutique Managers to embed consistent service and selling behaviors nationwide
- Act as lead presenter for VIC events, delivering product storytelling and brand narrative to high-value clients
- Prepare presentation content and materials in alignment with Maison guidelines
- Support event-based training moments that elevate staff confidence in VIC engagement
- Collaborate with Retail, CRM, Merchandising, Marketing, and other teams to align training and coaching initiatives with business priorities and product launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of work experience in luxury retail training, field coaching, or related retail management role
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to VIC and high-net-worth clientele
- Demonstrated ability to translate KPI targets into training and coaching action plans
- Fluent in English
- Preferred knowledge and training experience in Leather Goods or Timepieces

Experience
Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail training, field coaching, boutique management, or related retail leadership roles within the luxury sector. Demonstrated track record of developing and executing training programs that drive measurable improvements in retail KPIs and boutique-level performance.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary education in business, hospitality, retail management, or related disciplines is preferred.
