Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assess the needs of local and international customers, providing tailored guidance and product recommendations
- Contribute to boutique revenue targets and sales objectives through consultative customer engagement
- Build and maintain client loyalty while embodying the values and heritage of the Montblanc maison
- Manage stock levels, participate in inventory management, and coordinate product reorders
- Execute merchandising recommendations and visual presentation standards across the boutique
- Participate in boutique management meetings and contribute actively to the team environment
Qualifications
- Secondary education (Bac level, ISCED 4) or advanced secondary education (Bac+2, ISCED 5)
- Minimum two years of professional experience in retail
- Genuine passion for luxury retail and exceptional customer experience
- Fluent conversational English
- Refined personal presentation and strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork, curiosity, and proactive engagement
