Montblanc Retail Operations Specialist in Sao Paulo — lead store operations, inventory control and retail processes for the luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure compliance with Montblanc retail standards and corporate procedures.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and cycle-count processes to optimise availability and reduce shrinkage.
- Monitor store performance through KPIs; produce regular reports and recommend corrective actions to improve sales and productivity.
- Coordinate implementation of merchandising and visual standards in liaison with visual merchandising and retail leadership.
- Support loss-prevention programmes, cash handling controls and audit readiness at store level.
- Drive operational training for store teams on procedures, POS usage and customer service protocols.
- Liaise with supply chain, logistics and central teams to resolve stock exceptions, deliveries and returns.
- Contribute to staffing plans, shift scheduling and workforce optimisation to align labour with business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent retail experience accepted.
- Demonstrable understanding of luxury retail standards and client service expectations.
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting sales and inventory KPIs to inform operational decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Professional level communication skills; ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and present operational findings to management.
- Experience implementing retail processes and driving compliance across multi-site operations.
