Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations to deliver exceptional client service and uphold Montblanc brand standards.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive clienteling, targeted prospecting and VIP relationship management.
  • Recruit, train, coach and motivate a high-performing retail team; manage schedules, performance reviews and development plans.
  • Direct visual merchandising and in-store presentation to ensure coherence with seasonal directives and product launches.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, loss-prevention procedures and accurate point-of-sale reconciliation.
  • Prepare and present regular commercial reports and KPIs to regional management; implement action plans to improve store performance.
