Montblanc seeks a Retail Controller for a full-time position at its Hamburg headquarters, starting 1 January 2027. The role leads retail investment analysis, network performance reporting, financial planning and quarterly executive reviews, and serves as a Key User for SAP BW and BPS/BCS (SEM).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business partner on retail-related controlling topics across the organization.
- Steer the investment process for retail and wholesale boutiques, evaluate business plans, and provide strategic recommendations to the CFO and CEO.
- Consolidate periodic reporting and deliver benchmark analyses across the global retail network to assess boutique performance and profitability.
- Lead quarterly performance reviews and present financial insights to the Executive Committee.
- Shape financial planning and oversee data collection and in-depth analysis for Latest Estimate and Budget processes.
- Serve as a Key User in SAP BW and BPS/BCS (SEM), optimize query designs, and contribute to reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Above-average bachelor's and master's degrees.
- Previous experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and solid experience with SAP BW.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a structured, results-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative team spirit and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in German and bilingual fluency in English.
