Montblanc Regional Retail Director (East) in New York City or Miami. Lead boutique network, manage P&L, develop teams. $150k–$175k.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of KPIs, operational excellence, and Montblanc's retail signature across the region
- Achieve regional sales budgets and product diversification targets
- Ensure boutiques exemplify brand guidelines and best practices
- Develop individualized business plans for each boutique through frequent visits, regular communication, and ongoing support
- Coach, develop, and evaluate boutique managers and their teams
- Identify and implement new business ideas to elevate clientelling opportunities aligned with business metrics
- Partner with VP and Human Resources on staffing, recruitment, and professional development initiatives
- Manage regional P&L, including oversight of boutique expenses and cost controls
- Execute operational policies and procedures across all boutiques
- Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are consistently followed
- Execute special projects as assigned by senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10+ years of multi-store retail management experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to inspire and develop teams
- Strong P&L management experience
- Affinity for luxury goods; experience with watches and jewelry is preferred
- Ability to challenge conventional thinking and present alternative perspectives
- High level of business and social etiquette
- Ability to travel extensively (80%)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Experience
Minimum 10+ years of progressive multi-store retail management experience, preferably within the luxury sector. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing regional P&Ls, and leading geographically dispersed retail teams. Experience with watches and jewelry brands is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to USD 175,000 per annum.
