Montblanc is hiring a PR Coordinator (UAE National) in Dubai to manage local media relations, events and communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of local PR and media relations programmes in the UAE, aligning with global and regional communications strategies.
- Draft and localise press materials including press releases, media briefs, product copy and Q&As.
- Maintain and develop relationships with UAE media, influencers and key opinion leaders; manage press lists and outreach schedules.
- Coordinate local events, product launches and media appointments, including logistics, guest lists and on-site brand representation.
- Monitor and report on media coverage and PR metrics; prepare regular coverage summaries and performance insights for regional stakeholders.
- Liaise with external PR agencies, marketing and retail teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely delivery of content and samples.
- Provide administrative support for the communications team including sample management, invoicing support and calendar coordination.
Qualifications
- UAE national (Emirati) — must be eligible for local hiring programmes and possess right to work in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven PR experience in luxury goods, fashion, leather goods, watchmaking or luxury hospitality — typically 2+ years in-house or agency-side.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft concise, media-ready copy and localised messaging.
- Familiarity with the UAE media landscape and influencer ecosystem; understanding of local cultural protocols and market nuances.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in public relations or communications, preferably within the luxury sector or an agency servicing luxury brands. Practical knowledge of the UAE/GCC market and established media contacts in Dubai is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent experience.
