Montblanc seeks PR & Communication Intern in Paris, France. Six-month internship supporting press, influencer, events, and media campaigns. Start January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage journalist enquiries regarding product shopping requests and distribution of press kits and visual assets
- Process and respond to cinema loan requests from media partners
- Maintain daily liaison with PR agencies through distribution of press materials, visual assets, and weekly follow-up coordination
- Translate press releases from English to French and vice versa as required
- Monitor and report on media coverage and campaign performance outcomes
- Maintain and update the journalist database across key markets
- Prepare monthly activity reports and performance analytics for the global communications team
- Coordinate product loan logistics including contract preparation and return management
- Execute administrative tasks including product inventory management, sample distribution coordination, and loan administration
- Contribute to influencer campaign execution and performance tracking
- Conduct social media and competitive trend monitoring across influencer channels
- Track and report on influencer activations and campaign performance metrics
- Manage product loans and complimentary distribution to influencer partners
- Assist with organization of press events including manufacture tours, Montblanc Haus experiences, showroom events, and press interviews
- Support deployment of Print, OOH, and Digital media campaigns and operational tracking
- Monitor media campaign performance and competitive media activity
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months demonstrated experience in PR, press relations, or influencer marketing
- Degree from a business school or communications programme
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Native or near-native French proficiency (written and spoken)
- Meticulous organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid knowledge of web content platforms and digital communication channels
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 6 months of professional experience in public relations, press relations, media outreach, or influencer marketing is mandatory. Prior exposure to press kit management, journalist relations, or communications campaign support is highly desirable.
Education
Degree from an accredited business school or communications programme.
