Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to a discerning luxury clientele, driving sales and long‑term client loyalty.
- Actively engage visitors in the boutique to identify needs and recommend Montblanc products across categories (writing instruments, leather, watches, accessories).
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling strategies.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation, ensuring displays reflect brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Manage transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, including cash handling, receipts and refunds, and adherence to loss‑prevention protocols.
