Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain permanent stock accuracy and organize weekly and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity
- Supervise efficient organization of stockroom and sales floor displays, maintaining immaculate condition throughout operational hours
- Receive and inspect deliveries from central warehouse, documenting and controlling merchandise upon receipt
- Manage stock transfers between locations and merchandise designated for commercial activities
- Organize and process end-of-season returns and consignment adjustments
- Participate in morning team briefings and communicate daily operational priorities including deliveries and stock updates
- Support stock requests and facilitate merchandise access for retail team members
- Report inventory results, consignment issues, and operational matters to the finance department
- Liaise with other boutique locations to share best practices and address operational challenges
- Track and manage all shipping documentation, VAT documentation, and customs compliance materials
- Support the Boutique Manager in formalizing and updating operating procedures for inventory, cash desk, and security operations
- Provide administrative support for courier bookings, delivery scheduling, and inter-store transfers
- Complete store supply orders and maintain vendor relationships
- Ensure adherence to Richemont operational processes and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, jewellery, or high-end luxury product sales
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with retail systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Capacity to regularly lift boxes up to 20 lbs
- Ability to reach, bend, and access merchandise stored in cabinets and on shelves
- Occasional ability to use ladders safely
- Competence in unpacking and lifting large merchandise boxes
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, specifically in jewellery or luxury product categories, is preferred. Experience with inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations is beneficial.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training or certifications in inventory management are advantageous.
