Montblanc is hiring a Marketing Specialist in Seoul — lead local campaigns, retail activations and CRM for the luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local marketing plans that align with global brand strategy and regional priorities.
- Plan, launch and optimise integrated campaigns across retail, digital and social channels; localise global creative assets.
- Manage in-market activations including boutique merchandising, product launches, VIP events and experiential initiatives.
- Coordinate with regional and global brand teams, external agencies and vendors to ensure on‑brand delivery and timeline adherence.
- Oversee campaign budgets, monitor spend and report on ROI and KPI performance to stakeholders.
- Operate the local CRM/clienteling programme: segment audiences, implement communications and measure conversion.
- Analyse campaign and channel performance using analytics tools; produce actionable insights and post‑campaign reports.
- Ensure compliance with brand visual standards and local regulatory requirements for promotions and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Right to work in South Korea and willingness to travel domestically as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and business-level English.
- Demonstrable experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within luxury goods, horology, leather goods or premium retail environments. Proven track record running omnichannel campaigns and coordinating boutique activations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
