Montblanc is hiring a Marketing Intern in Riyadh to support local campaigns, social media and retail activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the local marketing team in the planning and execution of brand campaigns and in‑store activations across Riyadh.
- Create and schedule social media content, assist with copywriting and prepare assets for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate logistics for client events, influencer visits and retail collaborations, liaising with agencies and store teams.
- Conduct market and competitor research specific to the Saudi market and prepare concise analytical summaries.
- Compile campaign and retail performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint; track KPIs and support post‑campaign analysis.
- Provide administrative and asset management support, including vendor follow‑up, briefing documentation and quality checks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
- Availability to be based in Riyadh for the duration of the internship; prior exposure to luxury retail or agency work is an advantage.

Entry-level: 0–1 years. Previous internships or practical experience in marketing, luxury retail, a creative agency or digital content production are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
