Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of local marketing campaigns and in-store activations across the UAE market.
- Coordinate with regional and global brand teams and external agencies to adapt global creative assets and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage event logistics and on-site brand experiences, including boutique launches, client events and VIP activations.
- Oversee production of POS materials and in-store merchandising collateral, ensuring brand standards and quality control.
- Monitor campaign performance and collate regular reporting on KPIs, sales uplift and client engagement for stakeholders.
- Liaise with retail and wholesale teams to align marketing calendars, product launches and CRM-driven communications.
- Maintain and reconcile local marketing budgets and purchase orders in coordination with finance and operations.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in brand or retail marketing within luxury goods, fashion or premium retail (typically 2+ years).

- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
