Role & Responsibilities
- Own the numerical aspects of merchandising while maintaining affinity with product offerings to support business strategy execution
- Serve as primary spokesperson for merchandising on merchandise planning topics, analyzing and communicating product performance through historical trends and forecasts
- Propose sales targets for novelty planning by category, region, and channel for showroom buying periods, collaborating with regional merchandisers to balance sales opportunities with inventory risk mitigation
- Continuously review and enhance merchandising processes and tools to align with evolving business requirements
- Provide analytical support to the Merchandising Director for meeting preparation, strategic projects, and KPI development
- Deliver comprehensive business perspective and category-level insights to headquarters merchandisers across the product portfolio
Qualifications
- University degree in Business or STEM discipline
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience in merchandising, planning, or related function
- Advanced expertise in quantitative analysis with demonstrated precision in data management and numerical accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
