Montblanc Hamburg hiring Health, Safety & Environment Manager and Sifa specialist (m/w/d) on permanent basis from April 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, monitor, and optimize occupational health and safety processes and procedures across the organization as the designated safety officer
  • Oversee preventive and corrective fire protection measures for the entire property, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Coordinate and supervise waste disposal operations, including hazardous and chemical waste management
  • Define, select, and procure personal protective equipment (PPE) specifications
  • Update and maintain safety signage, shift schedules, and procedural documentation
  • Communicate and liaise with regulatory authorities and external suppliers regarding safety compliance and statistical reporting

Qualifications

  • Completed technical vocational training, technician or master craftsperson qualification, or university degree in engineering or related field
  • Active certification as an occupational safety specialist (Sifa — Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit)
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience as a certified occupational safety specialist
  • Training or certification as a fire protection officer (Brandschutzbeauftragter)
  • Fluent German and English, both written and oral
  • High reliability and ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Strong team orientation, excellent communication skills, and structured working methodology

Experience
