Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Montblanc's corporate security strategy for Germany and assigned markets, aligning security objectives with business priorities and brand values.
- Manage daily security operations across corporate offices, logistics sites and boutiques, including physical security, access control and CCTV surveillance.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses and site surveys; design and implement mitigation plans and security improvements.
- Oversee loss prevention, internal investigations and incident response; coordinate with local law enforcement and external investigators when required.
- Design and maintain business continuity and crisis management plans; chair or participate in emergency response exercises and post‑incident reviews.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors, alarm monitoring providers and investigative partners; negotiate contracts and monitor service levels.
- Prepare and present security reports, KPIs and budgets to senior management; propose capital and operational investments to reduce risk.
- Provide training and guidance to regional teams and retail staff on asset protection, personal safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven record of managing corporate security programmes, preferably within luxury retail, consumer goods or premium retail environments.
- Minimum of 5 years progressive security experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role or leading cross‑functional teams.
- Degree in security management, criminology, business administration or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience acceptable.
- Professional security certifications preferred (e.g., CPP, PSP or equivalent) and familiarity with regulatory/compliance obligations applicable in Germany.
- Clean record and ability to work with local authorities; strong discretion and experience handling sensitive investigations.
- Excellent communication skills in a corporate, multi‑stakeholder environment and ability to influence senior leaders.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in corporate or retail security, including demonstrable experience leading security operations, conducting investigations and implementing risk mitigation programmes. Prior exposure to luxury retail or consumer brands preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in security management, criminology, business administration or a related field; equivalent professional experience and recognised security certifications (CPP/PSP) are advantageous.
