Montblanc is seeking a Junior Merchandising Planner for a full-time position at its Hamburg headquarters, starting 1 October 2026. The role supports merchandise management, seasonal planning, system coordination, training and merchandising activities across either Wholesale or E-commerce.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team’s day-to-day activities, including preparing reports and analysing data using various systems.
- Support seasonal planning, from assortment planning to quantifying sales and stock requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate one of the main systems, either Anplan or Looker, and act as its key user.
- Support new developments and enhancements.
- Deliver training to Headquarters and Regional Merchandising teams.
- Oversee and coordinate merchandising activities for either the Wholesale or E-commerce channel.
- Work closely with the Channel team at Headquarters and in the regions to ensure full alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a numerically oriented subject.
- Reliable, solution- and goal-oriented team player who enjoys working in an international business environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, logical thinking, and curiosity about the wider business.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
