Montblanc — Sao Paulo: E‑commerce Trainee role supporting online merchandising, site operations and digital campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the e‑commerce site, including product uploads, content updates and catalogue maintenance.
- Assist with online merchandising activities: category setup, visual presentation, pricing checks and promotional execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to prepare content and assets for digital campaigns and email communications.
- Monitor site performance and order lifecycle metrics; generate routine reports and highlight trends or issues.
- Perform quality assurance and testing for new features, product pages and checkout flows across desktop and mobile.
- Liaise with logistics and customer service teams to track order issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Support SEO and product description optimisation to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects related to marketplace listings, partner integrations or localised initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Media or a related field.
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and a methodical approach to data and content quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to compose clear product copy and brief internal stakeholders.
- Organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese; professional working proficiency in English preferred.

Experience
Early‑career candidates; internships or up to 1–2 years of practical experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, online merchandising or retail operations are desirable. Prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Media or equivalent (completed or in progress).
