Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in operational direction and boutique development
- Ensure seamless execution of retail excellence processes and continuous improvement
- Represent the Boutique Manager during absences with full operational authority
- Sell and advise discerning clients on Montblanc's heritage products with personalized consultations
- Create revenue-driven staff scheduling and manage shift coordination
- Oversee CRM data capture and develop targeted CRM-driven client retention activities
- Manage back-of-house operations including inventory, invoicing, and digital customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or business education or equivalent professional qualification
