Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in operational steering and continuous development of the boutique
- Ensure seamless execution and continuous optimization of retail excellence processes
- Act as competent manager substitute during Boutique Manager absences
- Drive sales of premium Montblanc products through expert consultation and personalized customer care
- Develop revenue-oriented personnel deployment planning and scheduling
- Oversee CRM data capture and derive targeted customer relationship management activities
- Manage back-office operations including inventory control, invoicing, and digital customer inquiry processing
Qualifications
