Montblanc is hiring a CRM Coordinator (UAE National) in Dubai — manage CRM campaigns, segmentation and loyalty activity for the UAE market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and loyalty channels for the UAE market, ensuring timely deployment and quality control.
- Segment customer databases and implement targeted retention and reactivation strategies to maximise lifetime value.
- Maintain CRM database hygiene and ensure accurate customer profiles, consent records and loyalty status.
- Produce regular performance reports and dashboards (campaign metrics, customer KPIs, ROI) to inform local and regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with retail, regional marketing, e‑commerce and customer service teams to align CRM activity with store initiatives and product launches.
- Ensure all CRM activity complies with local data protection and marketing regulations and Montblanc brand standards.
- Support optimisation of journey automation and A/B tests to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
- Must be a UAE national (Emiratisation requirement) and legally eligible to work in the UAE.
- Proven experience in CRM or customer marketing roles within luxury retail, premium goods, or upscale service brands.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to data quality and campaign execution detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with retail and regional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices, loyalty programmes and basic campaign reporting.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressive experience in CRM, loyalty, or customer lifecycle roles, preferably within luxury retail or premium consumer brands, with hands-on exposure to campaign execution and reporting.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in CRM or customer marketing.
