Montblanc Paris is hiring a CRM & Trade Marketing Intern — support CRM campaigns and retail activations in a luxury brand environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution and reporting of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and loyalty channels, including campaign setup, testing and scheduling.
- Perform database segmentation and audience targeting to optimise communications and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce regular KPI reports (open, CTR, conversion), identifying trends and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with trade marketing and retail teams to develop point‑of‑sale materials, in‑store communications and promotional toolkits.
- Assist in the creation of store briefings, training materials and retail roll‑out documentation for commercial activations.
- Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders (e.g. digital, retail operations, merchandising) to ensure campaign alignment and on‑time delivery.
- Contribute to competitor and market analysis to inform trade and CRM strategies.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure brand compliance across CRM and retail touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional command of English and good working knowledge of French is highly desirable.
- Detail‑oriented with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive team player with a keen interest in luxury retail and customer lifecycle management.

Previous internship experience (6 months or more) in marketing, CRM, retail or trade marketing is advantageous but not mandatory; demonstrable academic projects or part‑time roles in related areas will be considered.
