Montblanc seeks a Clienteling Coordinator in London to manage CRM-driven client engagement and VIP services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day clienteling activities across the store and digital channels to maximise client engagement and lifetime value.
- Manage and enrich the CRM database: segment clients, update profiles, log interactions and ensure data integrity.
- Plan and deliver targeted outreach campaigns (phone, email, messaging) for product launches, private previews and events.
- Support sales teams by preparing VIP client profiles, appointment briefs and follow-up actions to convert opportunities.
- Coordinate in-store appointment scheduling and liaise with visual merchandising and store management for client events.
- Produce regular performance and client activity reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve client enquiries with professionalism and escalate complex issues to management as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards of service expected for luxury clientele.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clienteling, CRM or customer relationship experience within luxury retail or premium service environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of CRM best practices and client segmentation.
- Proven track record of supporting sales through proactive outreach and appointment management.
- High level of discretion, organisation and attention to detail when handling VIP client information.
- Flexible availability to support store hours, events and occasional weekend or evening activity.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in clienteling, CRM operations or customer relationship roles within a luxury retail or premium service brand, with demonstrable success driving client engagement and supporting store sales teams.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality or a related field preferred.
