Montblanc is hiring a Sales Associate in Singapore to deliver luxury client service, drive boutique sales and represent the brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service to high-net-worth and aspirational clients, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, needs assessment and product demonstrations.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, leather, watches, accessories) and communicate features, provenance and after-sales care.
- Execute boutique visual merchandising standards and ensure displays, signage and product presentation reflect brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, handle cash and reconcile sales at shift close.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock counts, shrink control and replenishment requests.
- Support boutique events, private client appointments and cross-category selling initiatives; liaise with regional teams for special orders and repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality; experience with heritage or accessories brands preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented demeanour.
- Strong numeric accuracy for transactions and stock management; dependable attention to detail.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays; ability to work retail shift patterns.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming and conduct standards.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience; demonstrable success selling premium goods or providing high-touch client service is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
