Montblanc seeks a Boutique Manager in Tampa to lead sales performance, recruit and develop sales associates, deliver exceptional client service, and oversee boutique operations and profit and loss. The role is full-time and offers an expected annual salary range of $95,000–$115,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales budget and diversification targets.
- Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates.
- Maximize sales potential by coaching sales associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the back room.
- Develop and review sales associate performance goals.
- Create annual business plans.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to stimulate sales growth.
- Manage the boutique's profit and loss, monitor and control business expenses to improve results, and manage controllable expenses.
- Manage operational execution in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure that loss prevention policies and practices are followed.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of retail management experience.
- Affinity for luxury goods; experience with watches and jewelry is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage a profit and loss statement.
