Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day boutique operations in Scottsdale, ensuring exemplary customer service and adherence to Montblanc brand standards.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; establish individual and store KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Drive sales growth through targeted clienteling, relationship development, CRM utilisation and local business development initiatives.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising and stock replenishment; coordinate seasonal rollouts and maintain presentation standards.
- Administer store financial controls including cash reconciliation, sales reporting, budgeting and achievement of revenue targets.
- Oversee loss prevention, compliance with company policies and local regulations, and delivery of after-sales service standards.
- Plan and execute in-store events and client experiences in coordination with regional management and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in luxury retail management with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills; experience recruiting, training and retaining retail talent.
- Deep understanding of luxury client service and clienteling practices, with ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
- Commercial acumen including experience with inventory control, P&L awareness and retail KPI management.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism appropriate for a high-end luxury environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience managing a luxury retail boutique or comparable multi-product store, with documented success in team leadership and sales performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be accepted.
