Montblanc seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager (Spanish speaker) in Sunrise, FL — Sawgrass Mills. Lead sales, clienteling and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations at the Sawgrass Mills location, ensuring adherence to Montblanc brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Drive sales performance and help meet or exceed boutique KPIs through active selling, clienteling and personalised service for luxury clientele.
- Lead, mentor and coach sales associates; manage staffing, scheduling and performance feedback to develop a high-performing retail team.
- Build and maintain relationships with Spanish-speaking and international clients, delivering a high-touch after-sales experience and bespoke client service.
- Oversee stock control, inventory reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures; coordinate replenishment with regional supply and logistics teams.
- Operate POS and CRM processes accurately; ensure timely reporting of sales, client data and boutique metrics to the Boutique Manager and district leadership.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store compliance and health & safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (explicit requirement); strong client-facing communication skills.
- Proven leadership capability with experience coaching and motivating retail teams.
- Demonstrable knowledge of luxury product categories, clienteling techniques and visual merchandising standards.
- Strong organisational aptitude with experience in inventory control, cash handling and retail reporting.
- Professional demeanour, impeccable presentation and commitment to high standards of customer service.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
