Role & Responsibilities

  • Acquire foundational knowledge in metal and plastic processing, including the injection molding process and the machinery, fixtures, and materials required.
  • Learn the proper installation of injection molding tools in the first year.
  • Engage in practical activities on production machines and learn various manufacturing steps in the injection molding process during the second year.
  • Identify and rectify malfunctions in the second year.
  • Independently prepare injection molding machines for the manufacturing process, initiate and monitor the process in the third year.

Qualifications

  • Strong preference for hands-on activities over office work.
  • Excellent secondary school diploma with outstanding grades in Mathematics and Physics, or a high school diploma with good grades in Mathematics, German, and Physics.

Skills

Passion for craftsmanship or commercial activities and solving technical or commercial challenges. Attention to detail. Interest in Montblanc products, particularly writing instruments produced in Hamburg.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in technical and mechanical processes is essential.

Education

Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on technical subjects.
