Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC machining centers to fabricate precision components for luxury writing instruments and watches
- Master technical machining processes including turning, milling, and finishing operations
- Develop proficiency in reading technical drawings and quality specifications
- Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with experienced technicians to understand production workflows and artisanal techniques
- Execute quality control inspections on finished components
