Moncler is seeking a Travel Retail Intern for a full-time, six-month internship starting in November at its Global Headquarters in Milan. The intern will analyze sales, stock, and market trends; support store training and cross-functional teams; and turn store and CRM insights into recommendations and commercial actions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, stock levels, and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve sell-through.
- Prepare weekly sales and stock performance analyses.
- Train and support the store network on product knowledge, brand storytelling, and strategic merchandising priorities.
- Collaborate with Collection, Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Planning teams.
- Collect and structure feedback from stores, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future collections.
- Use CRM insights and client data to optimize product performance and maximize key business moments.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales and stock data.
- Good knowledge of Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
