Moncler is seeking a Store Manager for its outlet in Kildare to drive business performance and qualitative objectives while leading, coaching and developing the team. The role focuses on client relationships, KPI-led results, store standards, brand and product knowledge, and an inclusive, motivating work environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build genuine, attentive and lasting client relationships by listening to clients and meeting or exceeding their needs and expectations.
- Drive strong performance and results against clear KPIs in a challenging, competitive environment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall standards for technical maintenance, cleanliness and staff appearance.
- Strengthen knowledge of the brand’s history and values, and promote collections and product features.
- Create an engaging work environment that values trust and respect for diversity.
- Empower and motivate team members, recognize individual strengths and provide solutions for continuous improvement.
- Recognize talent and potential, provide feedback-oriented coaching, and support team and individual development.
- Lead the team towards shared goals by setting clear priorities, tasks and role definitions.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of previous experience in managerial roles within the same company and in structured fashion luxury and retail companies.
- A degree specializing in Retail or Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Willingness to develop within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
- Proven excellent client service skills.
- Fluent, sophisticated English; another language is a plus.
- Digital awareness, deep knowledge of MS Office, and proven experience with payment and warehouse management systems and tools.
