Role & Responsibilities

• Inspire, manage, and coach the team to achieve excellent business performance and qualitative objectives.
• Build genuine, attentive, and lasting client relationships by listening to clients and meeting or exceeding their needs and expectations.
• Focus on excellent performance and results against clear KPIs in a competitive environment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall standards for technical maintenance, cleanliness, and staff appearance.
• Deepen knowledge of Moncler’s history and values, and promote collections and product features.
• Create an engaging work environment that values trust and respect for diversity.
• Motivate and empower team members by recognizing individual strengths and providing solutions for continuous improvement.
• Recognize talent and potential, provide feedback-oriented coaching, and support team and individual development.
• Lead the team toward common goals by setting clear priorities, tasks, and role definitions.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of previous experience in managerial roles within the same company and in structured luxury fashion or retail companies; international companies are preferred.
• A degree specializing in retail or hospitality management is a plus.
• Willingness to develop within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Fluent German and sophisticated proficiency in English; another language is a plus.
• Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
• A proven record of generating sales, building a clientele, and developing employees.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Product sensitivity.

Skills

Experience
